What impact will COVID-19 have on delivery times?
We continue to monitor the development of COVID-19 and how it affects us and the world surrounding us. If anything changes regarding recommendations, we make sure to update our website.
As things are right now, we see no impact on our deliveries. Our Sales- and Service departments are sitting by the phone and checking their e-mail ready to answer any questions and receive your orders.
We still cannot see that COVID-19 affects our deliveries, which is good news. Of course, we continue to follow each country´s recommendations and we take necessary actions in the countries we operate.
Even though our sales force doesn´t visit you physically, they are on site and on the phone and are happy to have digitally meetings with you.
Our customer support is ready to answer any questions you might have and receive your orders as usual.
Right now, COVID-19 does not affect our deliveries, even though we have decided to activate emergency response measures in some of the countries where we operate.
