We now have six brands with different profiles and offers thanks to the acquisition of Aqualla Brassware Ltd in February 2021. Form, function and sustainability, is something that all six brands have in common. The acquisition is a clear step towards establishment throughout Europe that also adds one clear broadening of the Group’s product portfolio.

Founded: 1865 in Mora.

Characteristics: High technology, quality and reliability have contributed to the strong position of the brand and the epithet “professionals’ choice”. The products are based on proven solutions with market-leading technology such as soft closing, ceramic seal, pressure balanced thermostats, UV LED cleaning and connected mixers. FM Mattsson’s products are sold by professionals, is for professionals and for anyone who wants to be professional.

Focus market: The FM Mattsson brand is the market leader in Sweden, well established in other Nordic countries and represented in several countries in Europe.

Founded: 1927 in Mora.

Characteristics: High quality, elegance and perceived value, with a position within the upper medium and premium segment. Mora Armatur’s product series are characterized by modern design, ease of use, quality and environmental awareness.

Focus market: Mora Armatur is a lifestyle brand that long-term should attract customer groups such as architects, interior designers and consumers interested in design.

Founded: 1932 in Odense, Denmark.

Characteristics: Associated with the well-known Danish design tradition and good quality. The Damixa brand has a wide range and offers many complete series for bathrooms and kitchens. The products have a functional design with innovative solutions where form and function go hand in hand.

Focus market: Damixa is one of the leading brands in Denmark and is well represented in the rest of the Nordic region, Benelux and Germany. The brand is found in most of the market’s sales channels, from premium stores with integrated kitchen and bathroom solutions to do-it-yourself department stores and e-commerce and is aimed at those who appreciate affordable design.

Founded: 2007 in Schiedam, Netherlands.

Characteristics: Italian design with high quality and fast, customized time-to-market. The brand has one strong product portfolio with quantities of surface treatments and different design languages to be able to attract the main target group – consumers.

Focus market: Since the start of sales in 2008, the brand has become a market leader in the Benelux and has today more than 400 retailers. Hotbath Italian sales offices work for the majority of the international markets.

Founded: 2011 in Newtownards, Ireland.

Characteristics: Aqualla offers a unique range of bathroom products – taps, showers, mirrors, heated towel rails and accessories – which blend a distinct expression with practical functions for both classic and modern accommodation.

Focus market: Aqualla is a leading supplier in Northern Ireland and Ireland. The brand is also getting better established in the rest of the UK. The brand is present in a large network of retailers.

Focus Market: Adamsez is an established brand with a long history. The current market focus is in Ireland and the United Kingdom. The brand is present in a large network of retailers.
